For us BABYMETAL fans, Merch are very collectible, whether it is Tshirts, rare DVD editions or rare items sold in the early days.
Of course some of these rare items are available on ebay albeit at extortionate prices. Another option would be Yahoo Auction Japan, but there too prices can be eye watering and you have to deal with Tenso (or similar service) to ship overseas.
For those lucky enough to travel to Japan and Tokyo, there are a few spots to find second hand Merch beside all the Regular Edition CD / DVD / BD which are available in all good music stores like Tower Records.
Our map available here , has a few addresses to buy merch or CD / DVD in Tokyo.
Obviously the best neighborhood for second hand BABYMETAL Merch is Akihabara. Close to the JR Station you have 2 very good options in TRIO and MULAN.
Just be aware that in that area there are 2 TRIO and 2 MULAN as well as a MANDARAKE. Choose wisely only 1 Mulan and 1 Trio have BABYMETAL stuff.

All direction are from Akihabara JR Station, Electric Town Exit.
Once you passed the gates of the Electric Town exit, you will end up here, with exits on the left and right.
MULAN
The exit on the right leading to the AKB48 cafe plaza is best for MULAN.
As you exit the station make a left, no time to lose with AKB48 Cafe or Gundam Cafe. Go straight ahead until the next intersection.
At the intersection, go straight ahead on the left of the Sega building and no you don't stop there either to play... or just a few minutes.
On that narrow street , walk about 150m and soon to your left, you see this store.
Please note the sign on the upper right and avoid the upper floors if easily offended it ranges from classic to WTFF.
Last time I visited, the BABYMETAL Merch was at the bottom of the stairs, ground level with one display case containing some nice items. Not awhole lot but a good start to test your resolve or empty your wallet.
TRIO
From the Electric Town exit, to go to TRIO take the exit on the left and then turn right immediately. You'll have more or less this view.
About 50 m on your left, you'll see a building called AKIHABARA RADIOKAIKAN, go in and take the escalators to level 5F.
As you arrive at level 5F on the escalator you'll be facing this store.... enter at your wallet's own risk.
In this store you'll find 2 large displays full of merch, another with various tshirts and behind the counter lots of BABYMETAL posters.
Overal there is more than enough to help you destroy your merch budget in record time.

My advice for visiting these stores.
- Do your homework beforehand. By this I mean go and check the prices on Yahoo Japan Auctions to get an idea of what a good price in store could be.
- Have cash, I'm not sure TRIO takes cards. Or that's my excuse....
- If you have time, do a scouting visit first to see what they have and come back.
There is another TRIO in Nakano Broadway, I've never visited so can't say if they have BABYMETAL Merch.
